Ariston Fixed Price Repair - Terms & Conditions


  • Payment must be received in full by credit/debit card
  • The boiler must be installed correctly and commisioned in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • The boiler must have safe and clear access. If the boiler is installed in a loft space, the loft must be boarded and lit properly with access.
  • The boiler must be included within the list of approved Ariston appliances on our website at the time of booking
  • As warranty partners for Ariston, we will check to see if your appliance is still covered under manufacturer's warranty. If this is found to be the case, we will instruct you on how to report this to Ariston and we will repair the appliance under the warranty. If the boiler meets all of the warranty terms & conditions, we will refund you the price of the fixed price repair
  • The fixed price only relates to repairs on the appliance itself. It does not relate to any other parts of the system. i.e. radiators, radiator valves or gas supply pipework
  • Our engineer will attend on the agreed date and inspect the appliance. If the boiler requires a part (and meets the requirements of these terms) then the engineer will either replace the part from their van stock (90% of cases) or they will arrange to return to replace as soon as possible (at no extra charge)
  • You will receive electronic confirmation of the appointment and also an SMS text message when the engineer is on the way (as long as an e-mail address and mobile phone number have been provided)
  • Our engineer will not access a property alone and must not be left alone in a property. An adult must be present in the property at all times
  • We reserve the right to cancel a visit and retain a cancellation fee should we believe that the health & safety of our engineer is compromised or the boiler has not been installed correctly
  • We will do our best to repair your boiler (subject to these terms & conditions). However, there may be instances where your boiler is determined to be "beyond economical repair". If our engineer decides that this is the case, they will explain and show you why
  • This repair does not include boiler or system flushing. If our engineer finds that the system is dirty, they will carry out a system water check and provide you with a water status certificate. We will repair the exxisting fault, but will advise you that no warranty will be available on the parts fitted until the system has been cleaned. We will offer this service if you would like us to carry it out
  • The repair does not include for decorative items, casing, flaps or flue
  • The repair does cover multiple parts on the same visit, if required
  • The cancellation fee mentioned above will be charged at £75
  • Parts fitted carry a warranty of 12 months
  • A fixed price repair does not give 12 months warranty on the whole appliance

    Status Heating Limited offers both regulated and unregulated products. The interest free plans which are repayable within 12 months and in no more than 12 instalments are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Unregulated plans are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
