What's included in Gold Cover?

    • An annual service on the gas appliance covered by the contract
    • All parts and labour required for any breakdowns during your 12 month Gold Contract (*subject to terms and conditions)
  • 365/24 Priority hotline telephone number in the event of breakdown throughout the year

  • Same day response to calls placed before 12pm where possible

How does Gold Cover work?

From just £11 per month your boiler and heating system will be covered for any repairs required.*

Before an appliance is taken on to cover we will always send an engineer to assess the appliance and the system. If the system is suitable the engineer will normally carry out your free service at this time.

Please note that we do not cover appliances made by the following manufacturers: Ferroli, Heatline, ELM Le Blanc.

The decision to take an appliance on to cover is solely at the discretion of Status Heating Limited (regardless of make or model).

Why is Gold Service Cover different?

Unlike many of our competitors cover, there is no limit to the number of call outs or parts within the contract and there are no excess charges ever.

Our same day response, even in the coldest winter is far from the usual in the industry. British Gas Customers can be made to wait several days.
