I meant to do this the last time I had a serviceman call but didn't get around to it - my apologies.
My last compliment was not only to serviceman Ashley (from Hereford) who has visited my property and completed work on a couple of occasions now, most recently on Monday 19th February 2012 to install my lovely new boiler (courtesy of Kemble Housing Assoc) -- for his professional and efficient service (the boiler is working a treat, btw!) but I just wanted to thank all the Status guys, whoever has visited my place - especially to attend to my old, very problematic boiler. I thank you all.
Whoever has called from your establishment always does so without complaint, doing their very best to sort any problems out in a professional, cheerful and courteous manner. For that; I'd like the guys there to all receive a very sincere THANK YOU from us, for a job well done every time, in keeping us warm and supplied with hot water. My grateful thanks! Keep up the good work!
Must also say that your ladies on the phone are always friendly and polite, too. It is such a pleasure today to deal with people who are always willing to help and put you at your at ease - as well as fixing our system and keeping us safe.
