Gold Service Cover
Gold Service is a Status Heating central heating and boiler insurance and maintenance contract which we offer to clients to give them peace of mind that their boiler is covered against any eventuality. Gold Service customers get priority service, unlimited call outs and inclusive parts/labour.
What is Gold Service Cover?
We believe that our Gold Service offering is the Premier boiler and central heating cover available on the market today.
All included in the price of Gold Service Contract
- An annual service and safety check on the gas appliance covered by the contract
- All parts and labour required for any breakdowns during your 12 month Gold Contract (subject to terms and conditions)
- Priority hotline telephone number in the event of breakdown throughout the year
- 24 hour telephone number in case of emergency
- Same day response to calls placed before 12pm where possible
Pay by single payment or monthly direct debit
How does Gold Service Cover work?
From just £15.00 per month your boiler and heating system will be covered for any repairs required.
Before an appliance is taken on to cover we will always send an engineer to assess the appliance and the system. If the system is suitable the engineer will normally carry out your free service at this time.

Why is Gold Service Cover different?
Unlike many of our competitors cover, there is no limit to the number of call outs or parts within the contract.
