In a similar way to The British Gas HomeCare 200 Contract our Gold Service Contract insures your Gas Appliances against failure for a 12 month period and includes an Annual Service. How does a gold service contract work? Through a one off payment or a monthly payment by Direct Debit you are effectively insuring your system against failure. You are covered for all labour and parts* for any emergency call outs during the 12 month period. The Gold Service cover also includes for a full Service on the appliance covered. *Subject to Terms & Conditions. What other benefits are there? As a Gold Service customer you will receive preferential treatment. Once the Contract is signed you will receive an information pack, including a credit card sized membership card, that includes all of your contract details. There is a dedicated phone number purely for Gold Service calls. This line is answered by operatives who will automatically be aware of the cover that you have. What kind of response can i expect? During the working week (Monday to Friday) if you call before midday,we will endeavour to repsond the same day. Any calls received after 12pm will be responded to by midday on the following day. Out of working hours calls will be dealt with by our On-call engineers. You will be able to talk direct to the Engineers to arrange a call in an emergency. how much will it cost? Prices are from £12.75 per month for a Central Heating System only.
